Plexopathy Due to Bilateral Lumbosacral Plexus Involvement in a Patient with Prostate Cancer: A Case Report and Review of the Literature

The perineural spread could be seen in prostate cancer. In this study, we present a case of cancer with bilateral lumbosacral plexopathy. A 73-year-old male patient was diagnosed adenocarcinoma on routine screening 2005. Orchiectomy performed, and he followed up without any additional treatment. asymptomatic until 2014 admitted to the hospital due pain, anuria, sensory motor deficit lower extremities. magnetic resonance imaging revealed Between November 16, 2015, May 2, administered 2 Gy daily total 50 image-guided radiotherapy tomotherapy for sacral plexus localization. Pain palliation provided. However, incontinence continued. died years later.
